The Camping Fornella has chosen to participate in the LIFE SALVAGuARDiA project by filling in thesustainability assessments to measure its environmental and social impact.

The Fornella Camping & Wellness Family Resort, nestled between the waters of Lake Garda and a vast olive farm, is a peaceful green oasis of over 120,000 m2, 2 km from the historic center of San Felice del Benaco and 5 km from the town of Salò : one of the most suggestive corners of the lake, directly overlooking the water with two beaches and a spectacular cliff. The truly unique location and the level of infrastructure and services offered make it the ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the open air.

The campsite chooses the path of sustainability and environmental protection.

“It's time for a change. We have always been aware of the vulnerability of the environment in which we operate and of the impact on the nature of tourist activities and we have always worked carefully in this sense; today we feel the need to take a further step in the direction of sustainability and ecological management. We have therefore decided to formally commit ourselves through a continuous improvement plan in the protection of nature and the environment, without neglecting safety and quality, with the supervision of a qualified third-party body oriented towards the promotion of sustainability in the world of air tourism open”.
